Pyramid pork & prawn dumplings

PREP 45 MINS COOK 10 MINS MAKES 30

INGREDIENTS

300g frozen peeled prawns, thawed
3 green onions
300g pork mince
2 teaspoons ginger paste
¼ cup soy sauce
30 wonton wrappers
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
3 teaspoons caster sugar

EQUIPMENT

pastry brush
2 large bamboo steamer baskets and 1 lid
baking paper
large wok or large saucepan

LET’S COOK!

1 Finely chop the prawns and 2 green onions, then place in a large bowl with pork, ginger and 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
