Potato soup with chorizo
Under R110 • Serves 4 • Preparation: 35 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes
• 30ml olive oil
• 1 chorizo (100g), chopped
• 1 large onion, finely chopped
• 6 potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes • 30ml flour
• about 1L chicken stock
• 15ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
