Potato soup with chorizo

Under R110Serves 4Preparation: 35 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes

30ml olive oil
1 chorizo (100g), chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
6 potatoes, cut into 1cm cubes • 30ml flour
about 1L chicken stock
15ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
125ml cream

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the chorizo until crispy. Scoop out (set aside) then fry the onion in the flavoured
