Margherita bagel pizzas

2 bagels, halved horizontally
2 tablespoons olive oil
¹⁄³ cup (95g) garlic, onion
and herbs pizza sauce
8 cherry bocconcini, halved
100g mixed baby heirloom or
cherry tomatoes, halved
Basil leaves, to serve
1 Preheat grill to high. Position shelf to sit in the top third of the oven. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2 Brush bagel halves with half the oil and place on tray. Grill for 1 minute each side or until golden. Cool slightly.
3 Spread each bagel half with pizza sauce. Top with bocconcini and tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining oil. Grill for 3
