CHOCOLATE DESSERTS with wow factor

CHOCOLATE ST EMILION

This chocolate mousse is a dish for grown-ups. It has a rich yet clean taste and it’s not too sweet.

SERVES 6 PREP 20 MINS, PLUS SETTING

6 almond macaroons

2tbsp dark rum, brandy, Grand Marnier or Amaretto liqueur For the chocolate mousse:

110ml double cream

110g chocolate, broken into small pieces

2 eggs, separated To serve:

Thick pouring cream

Nougatine shards, optional You will need:

6 pretty glasses or pots

1 Place 1 almond macaroon in the bottom of each glass
