BASIC DOUGH

Mix 600g bread flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp instant yeast in a bowl. Add 11 /3 cups lukewarm water; mix to form a dough. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic. Return to a clean bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to stand
