Jujeh kabab (chicken kebab)
Put your culinary skills to the test with this flavoursome dish
SERVES 4
Combine 1kg skinless boneless chicken thighs (cut into 4cm cubes), 2 chopped brown onions, 1 chopped green capsicum, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 60ml saffron liquid (see right), 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper and 1
