Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small frying pan over low heat and gently fry 1 finely chopped banana shallot 10 mins until soft. Set aside and allow to cool. In a large bowl, mix together 300g beef mince and 300g
