Watercress and dill pesto with trofie pasta and pan-fried prawns

SERVES 2

80g watercress
10g dill 
2 cloves of garlic, peeled 
60g pine nuts, toasted 
55g Parmesan, finely grated 
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
Pinch of fresh basil 
1 ½ lemons, zest and juice of 1, plus ½ to serve 
200g trofie pasta (or other short pasta) 
1 tbsp butter 
10 large, good-quality, large prawns, de-veined with the head removed 
Sea salt and black pepper
