6 small (125g each) skinless chicken breast fillets, trimmed of fat
6 (80g each) Ciabatta (Italian-style) burger buns or gluten-free buns
MARINADE
2 Tbsp tomato purée
200g reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
4cm piece ginger, very finely grated
4 cloves garlic, very finely grated or crushed
2 Tbsp garam masala
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cayenne pepper
Juice 1 lemon, plus wedges, to serve
