Al fresco FEAST

Easy cheeseburgers

SERVES 4

500g beef mince
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Sea salt flake, freshly ground black pepper, to season
1 tbsp chipotle sauce
¼ cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
8 slices cheddar
4 bread rolls, halved Lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, red onion rings, to serve
16 bread and butter pickles (see recipe, next page) or 2 gherkins, thinly sliced

1 Put beef mince and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and season. Mix well, then shape into 4 thin, flat patties. Chill until needed. Put chipotle sauce, tomato sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl, then combine to make a spicy sauce.
