Moroccan lamb meatball skewers with carrot salad

500g lean lamb mince
1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning
1 egg, lightly beaten
¼ cup breadcrumbs
4 x 50g wholemeal pita breads
200g reduced-fat, Greek-style yoghurt
2 lemons
2 small carrots, grated or peeled into ribbons
120g baby spinach leaves
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, to serve
