CHILLED CUCUMBER, DILL & YOGHURT SOUP

PREP 10 MINS (+ 4 HOURS CHILLING) SERVES 4 (AS A LIGHT MEAL)

500g reduced-fat Greek natural yoghurt
2 Lebanese cucumbers
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 small bunch mint, leaves picked
1 small bunch dill, leaves picked
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1½ tsp celery seeds, plus a pinch extra, to serve
Ground white pepper
100g reduced-fat feta, finely crumbled
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 x 30g slices rye bread or gluten-free bread, to serve
