Chinese Cucumber Salad
SERVES 4, PREP + COOK: 5-10 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
2 large cucumbers
2 garlic cloves, minced
1½ tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
¼-½ tsp salt, to taste
TO SERVE
1-2 tsp Chinese chilli oil, to taste
½ tsp toasted sesame seeds
