4 slices white bread, crusts removed, torn into small pieces
6 tbsp milk
400g beef mince
400g pork mince
1 garlic clove, crushed small bunch of parsley, chopped
1 small egg
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil

For the tomato sauce

2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
200ml red wine
2 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
pinch of smoked paprika
