INGREDIENTS HORN SHELLS
• 1 packet store brought puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg for brushing
FILLING
• 2 cups milk
• 60g castor sugar
• 1 lemon skin peeled
• 1 vanilla bean sliced length ways and insides scraped out
• 60g caster sugar
• 100g custard powder
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 cup thickened cream
