For the Cake Batter Ice Cream:

• 80g (2.8 oz) all-purpose (plain) flour, divided
• 700ml (1.4 pints) non-dairy milk
• 200g (7oz) granulated sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• ⅛ tsp almond extract
• ⅛ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp vegan butter
• 75g (2.6 oz) sprinkles
