Move it!

Once a great sporting nation, Australia has turned into a nation of spectators – with 50 per cent of adults and 80 per cent of kids currently inactive. Sport Australia’s latest campaign, Move It Aus, is set to get Australian adults to commit to at least 30 minutes and children at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
