CHICKEN FRIED CORN ON THE COBB
PREP + COOK TIME 20 mins SERVES 6
• 6 corn cobs, husks and silks removed
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 cup plain flour
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• 2 tablespoons Mexican or taco seasoning
• 1 litre of vegetable oil, for frying
CHILLI LIME CREMA
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• ⅓ cup sour cream
• ½–1 tablespoon
