This striking black cocktail is both sparkling and rich – it’s made by mixing equal parts of stout and MCC. There’s now a vast variety of artisanal stouts available – we love The Stout from The Franschhoek Beer Co. – but if you fancy something sweeter, you could use a lovely cider instead.
Makes 12 glasses
750ml of MCC
660ml of stout
Half fill each glass with the MCC, and then simply top with the stout.
