Serve up some delicious delights with the help of British Lion eggs. They are are one of nature's most nutrient-dense foods and fit into many diets and lifestyles.
Sourdough French toast with fried egg & grilled halloumi
1 thick slice of sourdough bread
2 large British Lion eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 knob of butter
1 red pepper
1 tsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil
50g halloumi cheese, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Parsley to garnish
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan. Wrap the red pepper in tin foil. Transfer onto a roasting tray and cook in the oven for about an hour, until soft.
