Wodehouse introduces us once again to the "wonder butler" Jeeves, who, as usual is able to solve any and all of Bertie Wooster's endless problems with ease and finesse. And he also introduces us to a character not dissimilar to Bertie . . . by name of Reggie. Such fun to follow Jeeves in the hijinks! The stories include: 1. Leave it to Jeeves 2. Jeeves and the Unbidden Guest 3. Jeeves and the Hard Boiled Egg 4. Absent Treatment 5. Rallying Around Old George 6. Doing Clarence a Bit of Good 7. The Aunt and the Sluggard

It’s the height of the Jazz Age, and the roaring twenties are in full-roar in and around London and the English countryside. Bingo Little, the twins, Steggles, and Aunt Agatha are among the banes of young Bertie Wooster’s casual existence; but fortunately, Bertie has his gentleman’s gentleman, his valet, the forever-ready Jeeves to come to his rescue. This novel – or more accurately this narrative collection of brief interludes – is the perfect introduction to the writings of P.G. Wodehouse, the comedic voice of a generation and time nearly a century hence, but as familiar and ever-present as Orphan Annie and Charlie Chaplain. First published in 1923, The Inimitable Jeeves has finally entered the public domain, and this audio production, originally recorded for the Thrills and Mystery Podcast, is here just in time to usher in the next decade of “roaring” twenties. So dust off your spats, don your finest flapper dress, pour some bathtub gin, and surround yourself in deco architecture as you immerse yourself into Bertie Wooster’s world again for the first time.
- My Man Jeeves

My Man Jeeves is a work by P. G. Wodehouse now brought to you in this new audio-book edition of the timeless classic. Bertram Wooster is an English gentleman living in New York, who seems to get himself into all sorts of jams. It’s up to his manservant Jeeves to come up with the plan to save the day from unpleasant houseguests, stingy uncles, broken hearts, and hard-partying aunts. My Man Jeeves is sure to please anyone with a taste for pithy buffoonery, moronic misunderstandings, gaffes, and aristocratic slapstick. An Author's Republic audio production.

Theatre Works full-cast performance featuring Gregory Cooke, Kenneth Danziger, Alastair Duncan, Dominic Keating, Richard Riordan, Guy Siner, Simon Templeman, Jennifer Tilly and Paxton Whitehead.
- Carry On, Jeeves

Bertie’s friends are stepping it up. In order to de-sticky their wickets, they are asking him to impersonate themselves to country relatives, adopt a wayward infant, and even steal a marginally libelous manuscript. And to top it all off, Jeeves himself details his surreptitious plans for the young master to make an impromptu speech at a girl’s school. What’s a spirited cove to do? The third in the Jeeves series, this collection of short stories is full of Wodehouse’s characteristic whimsy, charm, and wit.

Right Ho, Jeeves P. G. Wodehouse - If you're encountering the zany Bertie Wooster and his exceptionally astute Man Friday, Jeeves, for the first time, be assured that you're embarking on a lifetime of fun and laughter! On the other hand, for eternal Wodehouse fans, Right Ho Jeeves provides more glimpses of the delightful world created by one of the best loved English writers. It is the second in the series of Bertie Wooster and Jeeves novels and features some of the regular characters of Brinkley Court, the country seat ruled over by Bertie's much-loved Aunt Dahlia. The absolutely entertaining plot concerns the doings of Bertie's old school chum, newt breeder and member of the infamous Drones Club, Gussie Fink-Nottle, who is described as a "teetotal bachelor with a face like a fish." Gussie falls irrevocably in love with the mushy, sentimental but gorgeous blonde Madeleine Basset but his shyness prevents him from revealing his feelings. Her father, a cantankerous specimen if ever there was one, is the local magistrate and lives with his extensive collection of antique silver in Totleigh Towers. Bertie arrives at Brinkley ostensibly to comfort his cousin Angela, who has just broken her engagement with Tuppy Glossop. Added to this delectable setup you'll find an eccentric chef, an annual prize-giving at the local Market Snodsbury Grammar School, Aunt Dahlia's gambling worries and Bertie's well intentioned meddling and everything brought to a satisfactory conclusion by the genius of that consummate Gentleman's Gentleman, Jeeves—and what you have is classic Wodehousian humor at its best! Contrary to appearances, Wodehouse took immense pains with his plots and characters. He paid minute attention to detail and construction, with some masterly touches of timing, characterization and the use of imaginative prose. For anyone who wants examples of superb English writing, a Wodehouse novel provides a great learning experience along with all the fun. Right Ho Jeeves was adapted in part in the long running and very popular TV series, Jeeves and Wooster. It was also greatly admired by such great novelists as John Le Carre who declared that no library, however humble should be without a well-thumbed copy of this charming book. It appeals to readers of all ages and whether you burst into a quiet chuckle or a full-throated laugh as you follow the crazy adventures of Wooster & Co, these few hours would certainly take you away from the stresses and strains of your workaday world!

What Ho! Audie and AudioFile Golden Voice award winning narrator Simon Jones revives the classic pairing of Bertie Wooster and his valet Jeeves in this dazzling new recording of Right Ho, Jeeves. Straight from his role in the eagerly anticipated Downton Abbey movie, Simon Jones brings the charming, wacky world of everyone’s favorite bumbling aristocrat, Bertie Wooster, and his brilliant, long-suffering manservant Jeeves to sparkling new life. Right Ho, Jeeves, first published in 1934, features Bertie and Jeeves installed at Brinkley Court, the home of Bertie’s formidable Aunt Dahlia. The usual mayhem betwixt Bertie’s friends and relatives ensues, with Bertie inadvertently – and inevitably – fanning the flames of chaos, leaving Jeeves to come to the rescue of all in the end. BONUS! We’ve included the first complete Bertie and Jeeves story, “Leave it to Jeeves”, as a special addition. Bertie and Jeeves are in New York City and Bertie attempts to aid his artistic friend Corky in his pursuit of love. All goes dreadfully awry and, naturally, only Jeeves can untangle the knots. The stories are followed by a delightful interview in which Simon Jones talks with Alison Larkin about England, America, Douglas Adams, P G Wodehouse and his own encounters with the number 42.

- Jeeves Takes Charge & Extricating Young Gussie
The ubiquitous butler, Jeeves, comes to the rescue of his new master, Bertie Wooster, from a fate worse than death, so they say. And in the second tale, poor Bertie is summarily dispatched to New York, by an overbearing aunt, to extract his cousin from an amorous affair with a vaudeville artiste! How absolutely dreadful! Jeeves’ managing of affairs offers such wonderful amusing stories that make us laugh and enjoy his ingenuity to the fullest.
P. G. Wodehouse
Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse (1881-1975) was an English author. Though he was named after his godfather, the author was not a fan of his name and more commonly went by P.G Wodehouse. Known for his comedic work, Wodehouse created reoccurring characters that became a beloved staple of his literature. Though most of his work was set in London, Wodehouse also spent a fair amount of time in the United States. Much of his work was converted into an “American” version, and he wrote a series of Broadway musicals that helped lead to the development of the American musical. P.G Wodehouse’s eclectic and prolific canon of work both in Europe and America developed him to be one of the most widely read humorists of the 20th century.
