    To help celebrate Burton Brewers’ very special anniversary, why don’t you attend the club’s Trade and Custom Show to be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023 – always a great event.     THE BURTON BREWERS SCOOTER CLUB 1950s to present

    The Burton Brewers Scooter Club was founded in 1953 by Fred and Bernard Cotton (who attended the Brewers’ custom show event on April 13, 2013), Bill Lakin, Jonny Morson, Mick Dawn and Jack Ricketts. They were all into riding bicycles at the time; however, with the need to see more of postwar Britain and problems caused by cycling injuries, they decided to form a scooter club. The first
