- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A Great American Novel. Sean Astin reads it very well
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I don't care for this narration at all. There are much better versions available.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Sean Astin did a great job. When I read it, this book's prose is breathtaking, however, listening to it conveyed a sadness that has escaped me when I read it (?) - or perhaps I have just forgotten. Always leaves me wanting more Fitzgerald.
This would be a 5 star review, except that the last line of the book, and one of its most iconic, is obscured and denigrated by ridiculous music.
