My aim is to reset our understanding around what metabolic health looks like during this time and to recharge the conversations people are having with their healthcare providers. In this introductory episode, you’ll find out all about my professional background, my journey into medicine, and my motivation for creating this podcast. We'll delve into the importance of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in preventing metabolic diseases and discuss how informed choices can positively impact women's health.I can't wait to have you with me as we reset the narrative on women's health together! Thanks for listening.
