Let’s hear it for apple sauce pouches and a side of… guilt?
We’re sure we don’t have to tell you that social media is PACKED with videos of Moms making some seriously deluxe meals for their kids from scratch, on the daily. Don’t even get us started on the Bentgo lunch box videos. While impressive, these videos can create a LOT of stress, worry, and guilt for those of us who don’t find joy in making meals or just enjoy handing our kids a store bought granola bar. It’s important to know where your priorities are as a Mom and where you want to put your energy - if that’s not food prep (and eventual consumption) for your kids - that is OKAY! We’re talking all about how to let go of the need to feed today and why making homemade everything for your kids isn’t worth it if it’s going to make you more stressed out. It’s like they say when your baby is an infant - fed is BEST and we believe that whole heartedly. Grab your favorite (pre-packaged) snack and take a listen!
