In this special end-of-year episode, host Jimmy Moreland welcomes MHW's own Michelle Street Beaudette to answer some common questions, and to walk us through a festive holiday cocktail.If you'd like to make this drink for yourself, here's a quick recipe:Smoked Cranberry Fizz2 ounces gin1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed1 ounce cranberry simple syrup1 egg whiteClub soda (to top)Fresh rosemaryLight the tips of a fresh rosemary sprig with a lighter until it smokes and then flip a martini glass upside down to smoke the glass. Add the gin, lemon juice, cranberry simple syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry shake first. Add ice and shake again, then strain into martini glass. Add a splash of club soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary. Cranberry Fizz (non-alc version)2 ounces cranberry juice1 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed½ oz cranberry simple syrupClub soda (1 oz, to top)Fresh rosemaryAdd the cranberry juice, lemon juice and cranberry simple syrup to shaker and shake.
