Something I’ve observed in the coaching industry (particularly business coaching) is a tendency to arrive at a level of success & then coach “this is the way” as the only HOW.But here’s the thing…..I don’t know about you but I left my 30 year corporate career to never feel stuck or drained (F that, I want to feel lit up and liberated).Having said that….as a business coach, I invested soooooo much money, time and energy in learning HOW to grow a business - from the best.⬇️And they all repeated the same things….so I was like that MUST be the way.But for me, it never felt right.  So I coached my own clients differently.Listening to what they really wanted (not my version of success) and meeting them where they’re at, based on their individual passions and goals.Meanwhile I didn’t give myself the same grace....Then this year came the realisation……enough with the continual need to push toward more money through the well trodden path.
