In this episode of Nutrition Pearls: the Podcast, co-hosts Jen Smith and Melissa Talley speak with Brock Williams PhD, RD, CNSC about dietitians in research.  Dr. Brock Williams is a Registered Dietitian and a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Allergy at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Brock completed his PhD in Human Nutrition in 2023. Over the past 9 years, he has worked as both a research and clinical dietitian at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto, and at BC Children's Hospital in Vancouver in areas such as Translational Medicine, GI/Hepatology/Nutrition, and Allergy.
