You may wonder that about todays’s guest who is Outlaw ambassador, Donald Brooks. Donald is a 45-year old husband, and father of two growing boys. By day he's an electrical engineer and at the weekends he turns himself into a superhuman triathlete. In 2022 he became the first GB age grouper to win all 5 age group titles across 5 different events.
He routinely manages to complete 16-18 hours, and in today's show we will explore exactly how he has become such a dominant force in GB age group triathlon. We talk about:
