Today's guest has an extensive background in building businesses. When starting his Health and Safety consultancy he and his wife grew the business to turn over 6 figures in the first 12 months. That same business Rhino safety has since gone on to win four business awards. Today’s Guest Simon Walter and his wife Cate have now progressed to build Roar Business Coaching, a business where they both use their experience and expertise to help you build your business, Simon and I connected and started to explore the idea of discussing start a consultancy on the podcast because I think for most general practitioners it’s the natural last step to start their own consultancy. I am also a circuit of the overall quality of consultancies available on the market. I think Simons business experience and my critical attitude towards consultancy should hopefully provide you with the question that you are likely asking yourself now or in the future?
