Men, we don’t always want to admit it, but growth requires shedding of layers. That means shedding people too. If we’re on a path of growth for yourself and our health, career, or relationship, then we have to be aware of those around us and how they’re influencing us. It’s never a bad idea to audit our environment and see who’s got what we want for ourselves and who wants to keep us down by negative influence.
