Anger is a symptom of another issue, and when we stop doing things like taking our anger out on the weights or the bottle...and start using the weights as a way to work through why we’re upset, we can start seeing it more clearly and learn from it. Not to mention, it’ll strengthen you and your relationships instead of strain them.
