Description

Tiffany Jones not only connects people to jobs but she connects mentees to mentors and so much more. When I first met Tiffany, I was amazed at how much she loves recruitment and that she was intentional about putting the right people in the right jobs for the right organizations. She is the Managing Director of The Job Connect, the company she passionately calls "her baby" which she started in 2018 after seeing a message from a frustrated job seeker on social media who was ready to end it all.

Tiffany is one of the most kind-hearted and giving people I have ever met and she does it without expecting anything in return. Her focus and dedication to her side hustle while working a steady nine to five with a very demanding role is nothing short of impressive to see in someone so young. I expect to see even more amazing things from Tiffany in the future as she is definitely a young entrepreneur to look out for.

In this episode, Tiffany shares the joys and struggles of her journey, what keeps her up at night, and clears up what she believes is one of the biggest misconceptions people have about HR Professionals.
