We talk about her experience with a challenging birth, the far reaching impacts of that, surviving her first year as a mother, identity shifts, finding herself again, and raising teens.   Lael Stone is a mother of three big kids - teenagers and young adults, and a  champion of connection and creating harmony in families. Lael is an educator, TEDx speaker, author, mother, and parenting counselor with over 18 years of experience.
