Today we have a wonderful guest, Candice Candice. She is the founder of Mother Cuppa, which is a range of herbal teas that are blended together to support women through mid-life stages. We talk about pushing through that fear and starting your business, imposter syndrome and my favorite- being your authentic self on social media. 

In her late teens Candice was diagnosed with endometriosis, her treatment resulted in her undergoing a medically induced but reversible menopause. She found herself, at just 40, entering early menopause. Candice explored natural remedies to support her through this time and found it amazing to learn you could select and mix different plants for specific health benefits. She turned more and more to herbs and plants to support her changing body and wellbeing- having suffered with issues with sleep, energy, anxiety, endometriosis, and the initial stages of perimenopause. She’s now sharing her blends with ladies in a similar position.
