If you’ve read the news recently, you've probably heard of yet another study finding benzene in common skincare products! This news is alarming for a number of reasons:
1. Benzene is a known carcinogen and NOT a component of skincare or personal care products.
2. The production of skincare and personal care products is likely contaminated during the manufacturing process, but we don't know exactly where this is happening, how or why.
