This podcast reviews 2 studies looking at the management of home PN patients. It looks at the safety of initiating PN in the home and the risk of refeeding syndrome. Also highlighted is the complexity of the home PN patient which necessitates the management of these patients by trained nutrition support clinicians who are focused on individualized care.
