A vibrant and personable multifamily investor, Raquel channels her passion for real estate into buying and managing apartment buildings alongside her husband and a dedicated team of investors. 
Together with her team, she currently holds around 500 doors as GP.  
Before Raquel and her husband founded Adkins Estates, she built and sold two highly successful startup businesses for considerable profits.
A native of Brazil, developing her real estate investment firm from nothing has pushed Raquel to embark on a journey of educating and empowering minorities, women, and moms on successful real estate careers and investment opportunities.
