Cool weather returns to the northeast for Halloween and the beginning of November…A  first strong frost is a good possibility for either Wednesday night or even Thursday night then a gradual moderation in temperatures should develop as we get into the weekend . Across the nation no major problems with the airline hubs looking  OK at Newark and JFK, Boston and DC but in Charlotte , maybe some showers The Atlanta area  is  clearing but  rain blustery conditions and varied cloud cover  will slow things down in the Chicago land area …also in Minneapolis Saint Paul with possibility of some snow and snow showers there along with strong northwest winds….
