Description

Hi this is meteorologist Steve Pelletttiere and I am the weatherman. Thanks for checking in to the weathermanpod.com for this Tuesday the 30th day of January 2024. Here on the weatherman pod, we first take a look across the nation for the airline hubs and see where there's any travel delays expected using those major airline hubs like Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas Fort Worth , the New York City area  the west coast as well. We give you an outlook about what to expect delay wise in and out of those places. Well, for Tuesday, not much happening across the nation . The weather looks great down in Miami, just about all of Texas is going to be dry as will Chicago and Minneapolis Saint Paul. DC is looking pretty good as does Newark ,NY and the Boston area. Denver, no problem with snow there and LA and San Francisco looking dry, but another area of low pressure is moving in from the Aleutians  and that's going to give pacific northwest some rainy weather commencing later tomorrow and through midweek. So All in all no problems are expected, traveling wise ,across most of the nation on your Tuesday . Here’s a  quick peek at Wednesdays weather .We see those Pacific Northwest storms moving in stronger so Seattle and Portland will be raining as well as San Francisco Juar some rain showers across from Charlotte down to the Atlanta area but no major problems expected. Here's a look at the weather situation across the northeast corridor that includes DC to Baltimore Philadelphia New York and Boston, and this is the weather forecast for that area for today Tuesday right up through this upcoming first weekend of February. Everyone's been talking about the cloud cover being with us I've been told it's been about 10 days now that we've had this extra cloud cover it looks like it remains on Tuesday temperatures generally in the 30s to near 40 which is pretty close to normal for this time of year. Tuesday night looks cloudy lows down into the upper 20s and more clouds for Wednesday as we end the month with highs generally in the upper 30s and low 40s. Thursday is the first day of February this year we've got the 29th coming up it's leap year and we're going to have generally fair skies to start off the month with partial sunshine on Thursday 47. I'll believe it when i see it Friday is also looking partly sunny with highs in the middle 40s but a cold front moves through and that means that on Saturday and Sunday sunshine but temperatures colder in the mid to upper 30s. Friday is groundhog's day for all the local groundhogs in the nation. Our  Punxsutawney  Phil ,despite what the weather, seems to have its own mind as far as whether or not he sees his shadow.Right now the weather situation looks fair, for Friday in Punxsutawney  Pennsylvania however good possibility he won't see his shadow,  why I have no idea. Thanks for checking into weathermanpod.com on this Tuesday hope you have a great day more update on the weather the last day of the month on Wednesday look at the beginning of February. Have a great day
