Description

If you've ever compared yourself to somebody else and then gotten really really insecure, this video is for you. We’ve all done it. Looked at someone else and wanted what they had so bad it drove us to pessimism. As women, we grow up being compared to other women all the time. Have you ever been “rated” by a guy? If you’re thinking “she’s just going to tell me I’m beautiful and good enough and I’m perfect just the way I am” while all of that is true, telling someone they’re beautiful doesn’t have much of an effect on their belief system about themselves. Today I want to talk about the effect comparison has on us, why we all seem to struggle with it, how to stop it within ourselves, and some tricks I use to stay in an abundance mindset.Topics:  ⁃  changing your belief system about yourself  ⁃  skinny culture  ⁃  beauty standards  ⁃  tips on how to stop comparison  ⁃  the neuroscience behind comparison  ⁃  loving BEING yourself and what that means  ⁃  affirmationsIf you would enjoy today’s episode please send it to someone who would benefit from listening!SUBSCRIBE HERE - https://www.youtube.com/@MadiBWebbINSTAGRAM - https://www.instagram.com/madibwebb/TIKTOK - https://www.tiktok.com/@madibwebbSNAPCHAT - https://www.snapchat.com/add/madibwebb?web_client_id=5a1263c8-8714-4145-9baa-e509296d539bTHREADS - https://www.threads.net/@madibwebb?ig..Email questions, ask advice, tell your story, etc to InBedPodcast@madibwebb.com Hosted on Acast.
