Now, for the past few episodes, I’ve been flying solo, reviewing cues and the anatomy behind several poses. Today, I’m going to be interviewing a friend, colleague and someone whom I respect a great deal, International Yoga teacher, speaker and writer, Kat Fowler! 
I worked with Kat a few years ago as we were both working with yoga teacher Tiffany Cruikshank at one of her teacher training programs in NYC. I remember meeting Kat for the first time and I was so tremendously impressed! She had such a way about her, one that I noticed right from the start: Calm, knowledgeable, a real team player, approachable and a teacher who had a broad understanding of the practice and lots of teaching experience. I am thrilled to have her on the podcast today!
