Ramos also worked undercover narcotics and infiltrated the Cuban mob.   He’s 3X Las Vegas Police Officer of the Year and a native Las Vegan.   Dr. (Det) Troy Looney, Ph.D., began his career in Akron, Ohio, with the Akron Police Department in 1992. He is currently serving as an active police detective in his 30-plus years in law enforcement. Having served 20 years in uniform patrol and now in his 8th year as a detective in the Major Crimes Against Persons Unit, he investigates all Major Crimes such as Capital Murder, Homicide, Overdose Deaths, Sexual Assaults, Felonious Assaults, Burglaries, Kidnapping, Officer-Involved Shootings, Suicides, and Robberies.  Dr. JP Garrison earned a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology (GSPP).
