These goals could be based on the environment we are in or influenced by our peer groups.   A real goal is the level of action we are actually willing to take to achieve something.   Brian shares why understanding the difference between stated vs real goals is important for individuals in leadership positions and how you can either help or hinder others in achieving their goals.   Lastly, there are two things that drive a real goal: the 'why' - why do you want to achieve this goal - and the 'how' - how will you get there?   Today's challenge: Where have you set goals in your world?
