Today marks the 200th episode of The Word Leader Podcast. Over the past year, many of my friends told me they admired how consistent I am with the podcast. Some have asked me how I never run out of things to say. The truth is, I believe consistency beats perfection. When I started this podcast, it was hard to put out so much content. But by forcing myself, the process grew into me, and now I’m essentially addicted to it. My episodes aren’t perfect. Many of them aren’t even good. If you go back to the beginning, the episodes are horrible and I have no clue what I’m doing.
