When it comes to maintaining an elite fantasy hockey team, making the most out of your goaltending situation is KEY to making sure your squad is on top come money season. That's why Flip and Steele breakdown the top-5 best backup goalies in the NHL on today's episode.

Florida Panthers netminder Spencer Knight is a name on both Flip and Steele's list and for good reason, the former first-round draft pick is going to put some pressure on veteran Sergei Bobrovsky in the blue paint next season and is a must-watch option in deeper fantasy circles and dynasty league formats. Another player to watch is Ilya Samsonov for the Toronto Maple Leafs, playing behind Matt Murray should allow for plenty of opportunity for Samsonov to make the crease his own and play at least 30-35 games for a good Toronto team.

The boys wrap up the show with some honorable mention to some other good backups in the NHL including another look out west to L.A. Kings up-and-comer Calvin Petersson and Edmonton Oilers rookie Stuart Skinner - two guys who should also have a good shot at playing 30-35 games behind good teams.
