The Untold Truths of the Millennial Mom is a Podcast created by two mothers who felt the need to create a safe space to discuss the many experiences of motherhood. Through our podcast we aim to celebrate the uniqueness of motherhood while normalizing and advocating for mental health and self care.  Through personal experiences we seek to provide education around the joys, stressors and realities of motherhood. We hope our conversations will inspire others to build a network of support with other mothers.
