Katie Michaelson is a Clinical EFT Practitioner, has a MA in Special Education, 15 years teaching experience, and is an in-home support to personal friends and their children with deployed Military Service Members.
Katie’s journey with EFT began as a tool she used personally to help reduce the stress and anxiety of daily life. As she continued to benefit from EFT and learn more, she knew she wanted to be a part of the larger EFT community and share this tool to help and support others on their personal healing journeys as well. While working with adults and children, she has seen stress and anxiety levels lowered, physical pain symptoms decrease and received client feedback towards making progress in overcoming their fears. In addition to this, many have shared an increased sense of peace and wellbeing. Katie enjoys working with people, both adults and children, using EFT Tapping techniques to help decrease the intensity of emotional triggers related to stress and anxiety, overcome past trauma and reduce symptoms of chronic physical pain.
Katie and Amanda focus their discussion on using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for the social emotional development of children. Supporting children who are experiencing stress, worry and anxiety related to home, school and community activities as well as supporting their parents and siblings is life changing for all involved.
