Rahmel got his start in the trucking business in the early 2000’s. After getting his CDL, Rahmel quickly learned that driving was not for him, so he transitioned to a dispatcher role at a small mom and pop trucking company. From there he held a series of leadership roles with increasing responsibilities at several carriers. In 2015, after seeing an opportunity in driver turnover, he started a CDL driver staffing company with a partner. In 2019, Rahmel successfully exited the business and began the Truck N ‘Hustle podcast, which seeks to provide valuable information and resources to the business owners and entrepreneurs of the trucking community. Rahmel is also the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Mega Driver Solutions, a CDL driver staffing company based in the Philadelphia metro area.
