[4:57] Mark Prysock is the General Counsel and Vice President of Public Policy at RIMS. His responsibilities include staffing the Public Policy Committee, which oversees RIMS’ legislative efforts; also staffing the RISK PAC Trustees Committee. [6:07] Mark believes we are heading toward a government funding crisis. If the government shuts down, the National Flood Insurance Program will temporarily not be funded.
